centos下 php未安装posix扩展安装phpsh导致的问题fix

尽管php5之后有了interactive shell（php -a 打开此模式），但是还是想装下phpsh[https://github.com/facebook/phpsh]（闲的蛋疼）

安装好python之后开始安装，phpsh导致错误，error code 255，
