PyCharm里使用Numpy报错：RuntimeError: The current Numpy installation ('E:\\Python file\\perceptor\\venv\\lib\\site-packages\\numpy\\__init__.py') fails to pass a sanity check due to a bug in the windows runtime.

 

进入Settings>Project Interpreter，安装一个1.19.3版本的numpy即可
