idea 报错：The packaging for this project did not assign a file to the build artifact

使用Maven管理工具下的LifeCycle（生命周期）中的install，如下图所示 。这个就可以执行成功，至于什么原因 就不太清楚了。

我猜应该是使用了不同的插件安装的
