第一步引入

  <link rel="stylesheet" href="animate.css">

第二步    给需要动画的元素加class 

    （1）animated  加动画的class前提一定上加上

　（2）bounceOut   动画的class      

      (3)infinite  无限循环  如果不加刷新之后只执行一次

  <p class="animated bounceOut infinite">动画</p>
