python学习，第二周作业：完善购物车程序

#本作业涉及知识点：对文件的读取操作，读取到字符串转换成列表，及二级列表生成。

#作业存在的不完善：对文件操作了解的比较少，对于按行读取，按行追加文件的内容还没理清楚。期待下周学习可以搞定。
