vagrant下composer安装tp的时候，出现could not delete的错误 

Plugin initialization failed (include(/var/www/html/tp5.1test/vendor/topthink/think-installer/src/Plugin.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory), uninstalling plugin
  - Removing topthink/think-installer (v2.0.1)
    Install of topthink/think-installer failed

  Could not delete /var/www/html/tp5.1test/vendor/topthink/think-installer/src:

解决方法:

composer install --no-plugins
