VC++运行时静默安装

1.由来，因为项目中用到了cef，cef官方文档明确要求需要VC++2013的运行时，所以有了将VC打包进安装包的想法。

 

2.静默安装命令

Vcredist_x86.exe /q:a /c:"msiexec /i vcredist.msi /qn /l*v %temp%\vcredist_x86.log"
