安装Apache Web server时我选择把Apache作为系统服务，可是始终报错说
could not bind to address 0.0.0.80
no listening sockets availbale, shutting down
这是因为已安装的IIS占用80端口。尝试在“本地服务”中关闭IIS Admin，但不管用。最后把IIS卸载了，再执行 apache -k install，总算把Apache设为系统服务，不知道有没有不卸载IIS的办法。
