接收三个参数，命令、主机IP、启动端口。后两个参数为可选项，在启动多个JobManager实例的时候需要传递参数。

定义入口为ENTRYPOINT=standalonesession，作为独立部署jobManager的标示。

如果是start、start-foreground命令需要进行参数解析，主要是JVM参数、对JVM参数进行单位转化，如果指定了主机IP和端口，对IP和端口进行解析。

根据启动类型是start、还是start-foreground，通过不同的形式调用flink-daemon.sh或者flink-console.sh。将ENTRYPOINT参数传递给对应的脚本。
