投了MS的TL的position，被安排一老外面我，时间是一个小时。

老外直接面窝也，虽然和老外合作也有段时间了，可是直接和老外face to face的聊，还是第一遭的说。还好之前几天一直在狂补英语，只要她说的别太快，没口音，应该没问题。
She：We appointed at 2:00, but I have to stay at home at 2:00, so we start at 2:30....(这不是原话，原话俺记不清了) 
Me：OK. OK. I don't mind.(With smile)
She: Please give me an introduction of yourself.(本记录中老外说的都不是原文）
Me: I'm xxx, I work for xxx project about xxx months, my position is xxx.....(Completed my introduction in 2 minitues)
She: Tell me the former work experance.
Me: (Former work experance? Why ask me it?)Er...I worked for xxx.com before the xxx project about xxx years. My work was developer. I worked .....(While I answered, she typed on her NB.)
She: So you've been SDE and SDET, what the difference of the two job?
Me: (I knew you could asked question like that)SDE is an interesting work. It construct something. When you try to work out a project, the feeling of accomplish can satisfy you. While SDET is a serious work. It make sure the quality of a software...
She: What's your favorite?
Me:(My favorite?Why ask me this question suddenly?)...
She: (Look at me pant and take my pant, thought I don't understand)Do you like wear pant? your favorite?
Me:(I knew what is favorite, but I don't know why you ask this?)Work. Now My favorite is work.
She: Work.
Me:I like film about 1 or 2 years ago. Funny film.(一时想不起喜剧是那个词了)
She: Good.
(Then she stood up and go to the whiteboard, and wrote "Jacky Chan" with a pen on the whiteboard)
She: You know "Jacky Chan"?
Me: (Chenglong?Li Xiaolong? Yes, it's Chenglong.) Yes, I like him. He is a famous action movie star.
She: Now suppose you are a film producer. You know? You need make a film for everyone. What will you do?
Me:(Hehe, funny question. No any question and began draw on the whiteboard).The most important thing to make the film is to invite Jacky to come to the film. And the story is a hero save a lovely girl. The hero win a lot of difficulities to save the girl. And the process is funny.
She: How can you make everyone to like it?
Me:It's impossible to make everyone like it. For example, some people never go to see a film.
She: (Began wrote on the whiteborad, try to hint me).Yes, then how do you make everyone like your film? Does Jacky Chan speak English?
Me:No.All chinese audience will like the film. And invite other famous Hollywood movie star to the film. Do you know Ocean's eleven?
She: Yes. (Wrote "Brat Pitt" on the whiteborad under the Jacky chan). Let Brat take an actor in the film. Then people who speak English will like the film. The people in United State, in UK, in Au. Then how the people don't speak English?
Me: We can produce different version in different area, use the movie stars who is famous in that area.
She: (Sounds like I can only make one version with limit buget, I'm not sure.)You need translate the language to different languages. There are 36 languages in the world. 46 cultures. Some language are verticale, some are horization......(Teach me the knowledge of languages. I forgot a lot.) 
Me: O. I see.
She: Our work is make different area love our product...(Too much, I can't remember.)
Me: (Node and smile)O. I see.
She: (Show me a pig dance wingkle of MSN)You see...
Me: It's funny.
She: Yes. But in some country, in arabean, it's very terrible that make funny with a pig...
Me: Yes, I know.
She: We can not let the pig picture display on the MSN in that area...
Me: Yes.
She: (Show me what is globalization and localization, I don't remember the detail)
Me: Yes, I understand.
She: Please tell me what is globalization and localization in your own words.
Me:Globalization is make the product works well in every country. Localization is make the product works well in every country.(Faint......)
She: OK. Please indicate the section on the board that which is globalization, which is localization.
Me: (Point the story) This is globalization.(Point the Jacky Chan) This is localization.
She: OK. We have 5 minutes left. Do you have any questions?
Me: What is globalization and localization you think?
She: Globalization is translation. Translate a language to another language. Localization is ...(I forgot)
Me: OK, I see, thank you.
She: Do you have any questions?
Me: No. Thank you. It's my honor to have the oppotunity to interview with you.
She: You are welcome!(Show me the door)
Me: Thank you.
She: You are welcome.

面试就这么结束了。感觉自己面的很不好。那个老外很厉害，很能控制面试过程和场面。
