BQ问题：Did you ever do something which beyond you asked?

I worked in a start up to develop an iOS software for online interests sharing community, and I was asked to add some contact form on the help page. I wrote the contact-us form for customer questions, but then I was watching the questions coming in (out of curiosity), and I saw so many of the questions had easy answers. I added a simple FAQ at the top of the contact form — after asking the product lead if she minded. It reduced usage of my form by a lot, which I’d call a win.

I was responsible for the user personal page implementation, and there’s two person on my team who is responsible for fixing the bugs. I finished my job at morning, but I find out that they are still working on an urgent bug in the afternoon, and since I familiar with the possible code with bugs, i offered them my help and we finished the whole debugging process very fast and it passed the test and deployed it online before 6PM.
