Manifold Harmonics Transform BY ARPACK++

I already implement MHT with Arpack++(also SuperLU 2.0), Reconstruction is ok on my some models like my matlab code.

Although I still think that it may be better to use Arpack package, I barely have time to do it before graduating from the university.

I hope that I can do some work like mesh segment(it was also implemented on matlab), mesh compression and others, base on MHT_ARPACK++.

Also hope at last all my code about graduate paper(design) can be integrating into a demo implemented by C/C++ only.
