在网上查到解决办法

 打开vs2005——工具——选项——源代码管理——当前源代码管理插件改为：Microsoft Visual SourceSafe 就可以了。 

 

 

启动VS2005 出现This application is currently offline. To enable the application, remove the app_offline.htm file from the application root directory.

方法：找到调试的站点根目录，删除其中的app_offline.htm文件，问题解决。 是app_offline.htm引起的问题，在网站根目录下创建app_offline.htm文件来关闭当前站点是asp.net 2.0中新增的功能，如果网站根目录下存在这个文件，那么对任何aspx页面的访问显示的都是app_offline.htm的内容，要使网站正常运行，必须删除或对app_offline.htm改名
