B:Eistert.

A:Eistert,OK,where are you?Eistert.


B:I come from china,Now I live in BeiJing.


A:are you in BeiJing for work?

B:Yeah,I graduated about five years,After I graduated,I take a plane to BeiJing,and find a programma work.

A:Do you need English for work?or are you just studying for yourself?


B：In the past,I want to learn English well and work for a foreign company,In China,In last about seven or eight years,

work for a foreign company can make more money,and also have a balance life and work.

But after last years,The relationship between China and America are serious.
Now work for a foreign company is not a good choice for me.

Now learning English is just my business hobby.Maybe I want to make more friends,Or a way to find someone to chat with when I'm bored

Compared to playing games, I think learning English is more beneficial to me.

A:that's great,have very nice sentence,OK,when you say [in the first] rather say [at first] will be proper.

A:Eistert,what you live in china.Does china tell you America and China relationship is not good?Is that goverment say?

B:Yeah,you know China is getting stronger.China's economy ranks second in the world,and America image China as their enemy.

A:ok,The relation sometime not good in goverment,It's big worry,Because for many years,the relationship is good.

B:Yes,But But a lot of important technology still belongs to the United States.China is a country that wants peace.

A:you express yourself well,we also hoping China and America can be more peaceful.we don not want fighting.

B:where are you live in?

A:In England.

B:cool,you look gorgerous.

A:Such day,we are going to talk about [living better]. which one do you want to talk about.

A:Which questions will a nurse ask you on your first visit to a health clinic?

B:what do you do?what's your name?

A:yes,she will ask about your health.are you healthy?what extra she will ask you?

B:do you smoke?do you like drink wine?

A:she will ask you How much alcohol do you drink every week?Becaust maybe you drink too much?

B:No,I'm not drink much.

A:but this we  talk about general questions that a nurse will ask new patient.

B:OK.

A:Let's practice this.In this second section.you are the patient.I am the nurse.I am going to ask question.and you answer my question,OK?

B:ok,I'll try.

A:hello,Eistert,Is this your first time at the clinic.

B:No,last year,I come the clinic.this year is the first time.

A:I just want to ask you a few questions,OK?
A:can you told me how old are you?

B：I'm 28.

A：How is your health?

B:most of time I feel good,but somtime I feel hard to breath.you know(do not repeat this sentence again and again).

A:When I do much work i feel My brain is blank.


A:Do you have a very stressful job?

B:Yes,I am a programma,I usually off work at ten o'clock pm.


A:you work many too hours.you work too long.

B:I have no time to do excise.

A:too bad,you will die early,you have to stop that.You have to do excise.

B:yeah,I want to.I want to make a lot of money and buy house.I want make enough money to buy a house and get married,have a child.

At fourth years old,Maybe  I want to regin and open my car to my hometown,and I want to be a farmer.sometime.


A:very nice dream.but eistert,in the main time, you have to do a good work life balance.Because if you get sick,you will not  make money,

you will not get marrige,you will not buy a house,and you will not have beatiful child.So you must to get a work life balance.
So look after yourself.

B:this year,I change my work,Last month, I became a regular employee and I became a regular employee of our company.In the last six month,I do excise

rarely.I feel bad.


A:OK,Are you eating well,are you eating a healthy diet.Or are you  eating fast food.


B:NO,I don't like eat junk food.

A:good.what about smoking, do you somke?

B:NO,some is not make sense for me.i'm not interested in smoking.

A:So you start to do excise,you eat healthy food,you do not smoke,Have you suffer high blood pressure.

B:sometime,when I do product demand,This need is urgent to go online,I must overwork to finish it.

sometime I feel my heart beat quickly and pain.

A:Maybe you've got high blood pressure.we will do a test to check if you have high blood pressture.

B:but I have no blood pressture,I just work much overtime.

B:I drink beer often.

A:thank you for you answering my question.Eistert,we will take a blood pressture test and we will ask you to do execise regulary,

two or three time a week.Try not work overtime.Drink less alcohol.

A:OK,eistert,were it easy or difficult to talk with me in English.


B:NO, I can understand most of your English,but sometime I can's listen some words.
A:That's just parctice,you just have to continue practice,OK?
