Scientific Installation and Use of the Ball Mill

[1] ball mill installation: 1. The mill should be installed on a solid concrete foundation, and the concrete foundation compressive strength should be more than 75% before they can be installed the ball mill. 2. in order to ensure the positional accuracy of the various process components,  the basic design and construction of the ball mill should see the ball mill assembly diagram and foundation FIG. The ball mill foundation should be based on a single piece of architecture. 3. Before installing, we should check the foundation quality , all ccenter lines drawed in the foundation should be marked striking,  which can be taken as the netrual reference.  Concrete should not affect the strength of the defect, the hole  number and location requirements ,   the holes should be free of debris and stagnant water. When adopting the "ground" installation, the surface should be embedded on the basis of "center standard plate. 4. Before lifting , we should fully inspect all parts of the ball mill, and  identify,slove problems timely. 5. the understanding to the corresponding equipment diagram : ① overall relative position , see the assembly diagram. ② cylindrical part, see the rotating part of the assembly drawing. ③ Specific requirements of the main bearing portion , see the main bearing member assembly drawing. ④ transmission parts, see the transmission part of the assembly drawing.

[2] the scientific use of the ball mill: 1.when several ball mills are equipped in the same workshop,we should not start two synchronous machine at the same time. 2.the gap between linear should be  10-20mm for the convenience of replacing (tight available oxygen when welding and cutting). 3. The ball mill should not be stared continously twice, the time interval between these two starting should be more than 5 minutes or more. The third starter must be approved electrician, fitter before starting . 4. We need to strictly enforce the mining, water supply, add Ball provisions requirements, prohibit overload, pay attention to prevent the occurrence of  the "up belly phenomenon , at the same time , the feeding amount should not be too little . empty load Operation is not allowed  to avoid damaging the linear. 5. Fixed milling liner screws should be added Ma ring seal to prevent leakage, leakage pulp. 6. If the gap between the large gear and main bearing  have been invaded sediment, we should stop mill immediately to clear them , the delay is absoulutely forbidden.
