加密：

aspnet_regiis.exe -pef "connectionStrings" "C:\petshop4.0\web" 

解密：

aspnet_regiis.exe -pdf "connectionStrings" "C:\petshop4.0\web"
复制代码


命令：

cmd

输入上面的命令就行了
