SpringBoot 启动报 No bean named 'org.springframework.context.annotation.ConfigurationClassPostProcessor.importRegistry' available 异常

maven重新清除编译文件，执行clean

maven 重新编译，执行compile

期间报错，com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.util 包不存在

需要重新配置一下pom.xml

                <groupId>org.apache.maven.plugins</groupId>
                <artifactId>maven-compiler-plugin</artifactId>
                <configuration>
                    <source>1.8</source>
                    <target>1.8</target>
                    <compilerArguments>
                        <bootclasspath>C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_202\jre\lib\rt.jar</bootclasspath>
                    </compilerArguments>
                </configuration>
  </plugin>

重新clean  ,compile 

启动ok
