phpstudy环境下，mysql导入报错 HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error 服务器内部错误 的解决方法

phpstudy环境下，数据库导入 ，phpMyAdmin4.8.5/import.php 报错 HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error 服务器内部错误 

切换成Nginx后导入成功，应该是apache那里设置有问题。
