PHP下的DLL Accesss Denied解决之道

摘要：当前操作系统是XP。php.ini设置了开启 php_mbstring.dll c:\windows\system32\ 下也放了该文件但在浏览以IIS建立PHP脚本的站点时，却出现访问 php_mbstring.dll Accesss Denied.解决办法：将php_mbstring.dll 拷贝到C:\php\下，并设置该DLL为 USERS 也可以完全访问（这点很重要）。阅读全文
