Just find tons of problems in requirement document, after I pushed them to workgroup,there is no response at all.

Looking the silent chat group,I feel so dispirited.

This is the reality of my job.

Because there is no firmly PM at this sector, The big boss dominate everything he want to, and left big holes every where he wasn's intreseted in.
