Postgres数据库安装报错

问题：

安装Postgres 9.6数据库过程中，出现“failed to load sql modules into the database cluster.”错误，如下：

安装完成后启动时报错，如下：

                                            

 解决方法：

在运行安装程序时，单机右键，以管理员身份运行即可。
