• Bachelor thesis: "Implementation of SIP & RTP based mobile video communication software using Qtopia", as a project sponsored by Chinese Academy of Science. It aims to develop a video communication application NICPHONE on PDA with embedded Linux. [Linux, C++]
  • Based on some open source projects: SipPhone and Camstream.
  • Implemented video capturing from camera with video4linux API; video encoding/decoding with H.263; data transporting with RTP/RTCP over IPv6; user interface designing with Qt Designer.
• Developed a payload balancing VOD streaming media system, sponsored by Anhui Telecom. [Linux, C, PHP, Mysql]
