网上查的答案只是修改web站点没有提到客户端。其实是先修改客户端，然后再修改服务器端。否则name="CarDataServiceSoap"里的东西没法确定。而且自己配置也比较麻烦。有app.config生成的东西，在修改一下。就ok了。

 

首先找到软件的App.config

找到：  2147483647是修改后的。
