接口变成”err-disable” 的一些原因

• duplex mismatch (A is correct)  双工不匹配

• port-channel misconfiguration   port-channel配置错误

• Bridge Protocol Data Unit (BPDU) Guard violation  配置了BPDU Guard命令,又收到bpdu包
 
• UniDirectional Link Detection (UDLD) condition   UDLD 检测

• late-collision detection
     解释: Late collision发生在帧的多个字节（大于64）被发送到线路中时产生的冲突。在理论上，以太网不会产生此
   类冲突。产生late collision的原因包括：
   1)电缆违反了距离规则。
   2)发生故障的NIC卡不正确地监听线路。
