Day 13==A New Investor

The prospective new investor specifically states that she does not want to have to get involved in the day-to-day operations.

This is not to say that she is naive.

She has excellent business acumen.

She watches over the performance of her other investments very closely.

This time, however, she will be a limited partner.

This is understood explicitly, not just implicitly, by all of the parties from the outset.

The investor puts in a specific amount of money in return for a specified percentage of the profits over the long-term.
