可以看出,这个函数:
如果最后一个参数设置为0的话,会默认把字符串当作10进制进行转换;
如果0x开头,则以16进制转换;
如果以0开头,则以8进制进行转换;
如果最后一个参数为 2 的话,那么就会以二进制转换;
如果是16则以16进制进行转换。
出错,就返回0.
如果以其他字符开头,则以出错返回0.
如果后面有不可识别的字符,则只转换前面的数字。
