User Profile Service Stuck on Starting --用户配置文件停在“启动中”
问题：
SharePoint管理中心中User Profile Service Application设置过程中，User Profile Service一直卡在“正在启动“状态。
解决方案：
确保你运行UPS service的账户是本地管理员。
一般场账户也运行SharePoint Timer service。你可以稍后移除管理权限。如果它不是本地管理员，你将需要赋予争取权限后重启Timer service。
登陆将要运行User Profile Synchronization service的账户。
如果User Profile Synchronization service仍然卡在”正在启动“：
1. 作为场管理员，运行SharePoint Management Shell。
2. 输入stop-spserviceinstance | where { $_.typename -eq “user profile synchronization service” }。
3. User Profile Synchronization service现在应该是Stopped或Disabled。
核查储存在服务器上运行User Profile Synchronization service的证书，并删除所有ForefrontIdentityManager证书。
1. 开始-运行-mmc。
2. 文件-添加/删除Snap-in。
3. 选择Certificates-Computer Account-Finish-Local Computer-Finish-OK.
4. 展开Certificates-Personal-Certificates。
5. 删除所有ForefrontIdentityManager证书（如果多次尝试支持UPS失败，你将看到不止一个证书）。
6. 展开Certificates-Trusted Root Certification Authorities-Certificates。
7. 删除所有ForefrontIdentityManager证书（如果多次尝试支持UPS失败，你将看到不止一个证书）。
设置FIM Service作为本地系统运行
1. 开始-运行-services.msc。
2. 定位两个FIM Services：Forefront Identity Manager Service, Forefront Identity Manager Synchronization Service.
3. 编辑属性，设置为本地系统账户运行。
核查管理中心 ProfileSynchronizationSetupJob，删除所有正在运行的jobs。
1. 进入管理中心-监控。
2. 删除job。
使用管理中心支持UPS。
运行ULS logger查看事件发生过程。提供支持不会超过10分钟。
