When “ERROR CAN NOT MAP ERROR CODE : 21” is displayed

[1] Phenomenon

​ “ERROR CAN NOT MAP ERROR CODE : 21” is displayed and the equipment does not operate.

[2] Countermeasure

​ (1) Press the [CLEAR/STOP] button and select [YES]. Check that the screen is changed to the main screen.

​ (2) If the screen is not changed to the main screen after step (1), turn the power OFF and then back ON. Then check that the screen is changed to the main screen.

​ (3) If an error has occurred after step (2), perform the troubleshooting according to the error code.
