新安装的Debian13（trixie）中python默认是3.13.5
在安装pip时报错

解决方法：
1.使用apt-get install python3-xyz安装Debain系统仓库内的包。
2.如果安装非debian系统仓库内的包，先安装pipx，使用pipx install <package_name>。
3.最安全的方法是使用虚拟环境，这样不会影响python，推荐使用uv管理python的虚拟环境。
