when Mr Bao was here, we held togther and had more than 7 hours meeting...
i am sure that somebody wanted to quit and find a new way forwards. after tough neogtiation we held on and kept the former one and standed the troubleshootings being patient...
Mr Bao and i kept two days working and delt over with those no related stuffs and found the wrong way my cowork did before..
Mr Bao almost knows nothing as a leader just an experience of this kind... it is i who  will be aware of everything that happen later..
