the contigs which have paired reads relatioan cluster into a line...
we are just making them right and filling gaps between sontigs in different lines.
we get the line statistic  number---159,maybe we will got 150 or contigs at the end of January...Can you imagine that there are 1500 or so half a year before...
come on and  we are close to the total genome sequence...
