Cognos 在Windows 2003 下安装出现HTTP 404错误

安装Cognos 8.4时出现HTTP 404错误，无访问Connection。
环境：
Windows 2003 SP2
Cognos 8.4

该错误由Windows 2003 Internet Information Services(IIS)中的安全性功能导致。该安全性功能不允许使用未知的cgi文件扩展名。
要解决此问题，需要在IIS中为cognos.cgi文件添加新的文件扩展名。
