解决方案：the program can't start because mspdb100.dll is missing from your computer

描述：在命令行（command line）中打开dumpbin、cl等命令时出现

"the program can't start because mspdb100.dll is missing from your computer“

解决方案：

1、在VC command prompt中使用dumpbin、cl命令，VC command prompt位置如下图示

 

2、运行C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio 10.0\VC\bin\vcvars32.bat。这个脚本临时建立环境变量，可以使用dumpbin、cl等命令。临时，也就是说要想直接在命令行使用，都必须运行该脚本。
