Foobar2000 Primary

刚接触电脑那阵就知道了Foobar2000，那时候为了它费了好多时间，其实时间都花在了找教程上，但网上的中文教程少之又少，而又没有看英文的习惯，反正最后收效甚微，只知道它有很多插件，内部还要写代码进行各种设置。
