初次使用rust编译，link.exe not found 问题

the msvc targets depend on the msvc linker but `link.exe` was not found

这是提示未安装vs studio c++组件，由于vsstudio组件较大，可以选择安装gnu的，具体如下：

命令行执行下边指令

1.rustup toolchain install stable-x86_64-pc-windows-gnu

2.rustup default stable-x86_64-pc-windows-gnu

之后在编译就无问题
