the user account is not authorized for remote login

Computer Management > Local Users and Groups > Groups > Remote Desktop Users

She needs to be added to the above on the computer in which she's trying to remote into. The setting you changed is just to allow people to RDP into the machine, but they still need individual rights to do it.
