招聘-Technical Manager-(PL/SQL, Oracle Form)-Beijing

Key responsibilities:
Leading a team of developers
Manage, plan and keep track of the developers tasks
Application development using Oracle forms, PL/SQL, Discoverer, J2EE
Discuss with both Beijing and overseas co-workers in requirements collection, analysis, design, user training
Translate business requirements to technical requirements.
Conducting design and code reviews
Production support and troubleshooting
Motivate team and foster an innovative  environment

JOB SPECIFICATIONS – REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Min 7 years experience working in a database development environment, including team and project management experience
University graduate with Computer Science degree or equivalent.
In-depth expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Form, SQL is a must.
Oracle Certified Professionals (OCP) in the developer track
Well versed with Database Modelling, normalizations, SQL tuning and performance optimizations, Oracle Network administration, troubleshooting connectivity and network performance
Good knowledge of Solaris or Unix.
Prior experience with CMMI or similar Software Development methodology will be an added advantage
Must be able to multi-task and work with diverse teams under pressure and tight schedules.
Excellent command of written and spoken English with good communication and presentation skills
Passionate on latest technology and trends
Interest in the financial markets
Self-motivated and proactive team leader and player
