招聘-Development Manager (.Net, C#, VC, C++)-Beijing

Leading a team of 4 - 5 people
Requirements analysis.
Create software design specifications including class diagrams and sequence diagrams.
Participation in architectural discussions and reviews.
Estimating work effort.
Building UI components and application services according to defined requirements and design specifications.
Collaboration with Speed n Automation domain leads, project managers, architects and other development teams.
 
B.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science or other computer related subject
Min 6 years experience developing application or system software;
Strong Leadership and Team lead experience with managing direct reports more than 4
Strong OOAD skills, expertise with design patterns including UML.
Comfortable in hands-on role developing in .Net, VC++, C++ and C#.
Team player, ability to work in global environment.
Good communication skills.
Excellent communication skills including technical writing & spoken English;
Excellent organisational and workload prioritisation skills (to balance system maintenance, urgent latency investigation and on time report delivery);
Able to rapidly assimilate technical complexity
Ability to work with minimal supervision & direction
Good Microsoft Word and Excel.
 
Some database knowledge desirable but not essential;
Windows Server 2003;
Experience of VC++ / Java
Self-motivated, co-operative team player;
Methodical & organised;
Good attention to detail;
Can work under pressure.
