招聘-Software Engineer (VC, VB)-Beijing

B.Sc. or equivalent in Computer Science or other computer related subject  
Required Skills (Must have), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:   
 
Min 5 years experience developing application or system software;
Knowledge of Visual Basic on Windows platforms;
Full project life-cycle development experience;
Excellent communication skills including technical writing & spoken English;
Excellent organisational and workload prioritisation skills (to balance system maintenance, urgent latency investigation and on time report delivery);
Strong interpersonal skills;
Able to rapidly assimilate technical complexity
Excellent analytical skills, a 'problem solver' attitude;
Ability to work with minimal supervision & direction
Good Microsoft Word and Excel.
Desired Skills (Nice to have in addition to the Required Skills), Necessary industry Experience & associated number of years of experience:   
 
Some database knowledge desirable but not essential;
Windows Server 2003;
Experience of VC++ on Windows an advantage;
Self-motivated, co-operative team player;
Methodical & organised;
Good attention to detail;
Can work under pressure.
