Recently feel too tied, is the weather too hot? or the Porject is too slow as my lead way contain porblem???

Seems our team member work too ineffiently.  and someone dont finish their task on time, and most important,

they would like to propone their time tooooo long.

 

My error is not finish task on time, and the task for one afternoon or one days seems useless. 

What shall I do?

seems everything is lost the control. 

 

Next week is my birthday, but shall I let Ping to back my side? shall I buy one iPhone for she?

It is really hard time more me !!!

 

Sometime I reply client for too slow, and the promise is lost.
