How to set the sprint goal before each quarter and pull the tickets into the current sprint

① I found the epic I want to do and created the tickets to do

 

 

② Then I found my ticket in the backlog

 

 

③Right click and select the sprint you want to join

 

 

 

 

④Add sprint successfully
