jquery.mousewheel.min插件整屏图片上下翻滚-带滑块拖动加载图片悬停效果

mousewheel是一款应用在jquery上的插件，该插件很好解决在不同浏览器上面鼠标滚轮事件。

最常见的两种绑定方式

// using bind
$('#my_elem').bind('mousewheel', function(event, delta) { //你的代码... });
// using the event helper
$('#my_elem').mousewheel(function(event, delta) { //你的代码.. });

参数说明:event为事件参数传入，能截获事件；delta为鼠标滚动的值，向上滚动为1，向下滚动为-1
