今天在测试服务器上发现了一个错误

office2010 x64 Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005 Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).

起初排查是因为dcom组件权限的问题。

但后来发现是iis权限的问题

将iis应用程序池的用户修改为权限比较大的用户。同时设置enable32位模式。

问题得到解决。
