同一台服务器请求easyswoole的一个websocket接口报错

求助大神啊！
file_get_contents报这个错:failed to open stream: Connection timed out
换成curl又报这个错:couldn't connect to host
怎么解决啊？
（跨服务器是可以请求的，只有自己服务器请求自己的服务器上的eswoole的api会报错）
