一、常用系统

（1）HIS（医院信息系统）

HIS全称Hospital Information System。

HIS是覆盖医院所有业务和业务全过程的信息管理系统。利用电子计算机和通讯设备，为医院所属各部门提供病人诊疗信息和行政管理信息的收集、存储、处理、提取和数据交换的能力并满足授权用户的功能需求的平台。

（2）LIS（检验信息系统）

LIS全称Laboratory Information Management System。

LIS是专为医院检验科设计的一套实验室信息管理系统，能将实验仪器与计算机组成网络，使病人样品登录、实验数据存取、报告审核、打印分发，实验数据统计分析等繁杂的操作过程实现了智能化、自动化和规范化管理。

（3）PACS(图片影像系统)

全称Picture Archiving and munication Systems。

它是应用在医院影像科室的系统，主要的任务就是把日常产生的各种医学影像（包括核磁，CT，超声，X光机，红外仪、显微仪等设备产生的图像）通过各种接口（模拟，DI，网络）以数字化的方式海量保存起来，当需要的时候在一定的授权下能够很快的调回使用，同时增加一些辅助诊断管理功能。它在各种影像设备间传输数据和组织存储数据具有重要作用。

（4）RIS（放射科信息系统）

RIS全称Radiology Information System。

它是医院重要的医学影像信息系统之一，它与PACS系统共同构成医学影像学的信息化环境。放射科信息系统是基于医院影像科室工作流程的任务执行过程管理的计算机信息系统，主要实现医学影像学检验工作流程的计算机网络化控制、管理和医学图文信息的共享，并在此基础上实现远程医疗。

（5）CIS(临床信息系统)

全称Clinical Information System。

它是支持医院医护人员的临床活动，收集和处理病人的临床医疗信息，丰富和积累临床医学知识，并提供临床咨询、辅助诊疗、辅助临床决策，提高医护人员的工作效率，为病人提供更多、更快、更好的服务。像医嘱处理系统、病人床边系统、医生工作站系统、实验室系统、药物咨询系统等就属于CIS范围。 临床信息系统CIS相对于医院信息系统HIS而言，是两个不同的概念。HIS是面向医院管理的，是以医院的人、财、物为中心，以重复性的事物处理为基本管理单元，以医院各级管理人员为服务对象，以实现医院信息化管理、提高医院管理效益为目的。而CIS是面向临床医疗管理的，是以病人为中心，以基予医学知识的医疗过程处理为基本管理单元，以医院的医务人员为服务对象，以提高医疗质量、实现医院最大效益为目的。

（6）PIS（病理系统）

全称Pathology Information System

（7）PEIS(体检信息系统)

全称Physical Examination Information System。

二、数字医疗常用标准

（1）HL7(卫生信息交换标准)

全称Health Level 7

标准化的卫生信息传输协议，是医疗领域不同应用之间电子传输的协议。HL7汇集了不同厂商用来设计应用软件之间界面的标准格式，它将允许各个医疗机构在异构系统之间，进行数据交互。HL7的主要应用领域是HIS/RIS，主要是规范HIS/RIS系统及其设备之间的通信，它涉及到病房和病人信息管理、化验系统、药房系统、放射系统、收费系统等各个方面。HL7的宗旨是开发和研制医院数据信息传输协议和标准，规范临床医学和管理信息格式，降低医院信息系统互连的成本，提高医院信息系统之间数据信息共享的程度。

（2）DI(医学数字图像存储与通信标准)

全称Digital Imaging and munications in Medicine

医学数字成像和通信，是医学图像和相关信息的国际标准（ISO 12052）。它定义了质量能满足临床需要的可用于数据交换的医学图像格式。

DI被广泛应用于放射医疗，心血管成像以及放射诊疗诊断设备（X射线，CT，核磁共振，超声等），并且在眼科和牙科等其它医学领域得到越来越深入广泛的应用。在数以万计的在用医学成像设备中，DI是部署最为广泛的医疗信息标准之一。当前大约有百亿级符合DI标准的医学图像用于临床使用。

自从1985年DI标准第一版发布以来，DI给放射学实践带来了革命性的改变，X光胶片被全数字化的工作流程所代替。就像Internet成为信息传播应用的全新平台，DI使“改变临床医学面貌”的高级医学图像应用成为可能。比如在急诊科中，心脏负荷测试，乳腺癌的检查，DI为医生和病人服务，是医学成像有效工作的标准。

（3）ICD-10(国际疾病分类标准)

全称International Classification of Diseases

WHO制定的国际统一的疾病分类方法，它根据疾病的病因、病理、临床表现和解剖位置等特性，将疾病分门别类，使其成为一个有序的组合，并用编码的方法来表示的系统。全世界通用的是第10次修订本《疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类》，仍保留了ICD的简称，并被统称为ICD-10。

（4）IHE(医疗信息集成标准)

全称Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise

IHE是由医疗工作者和企业共同发起的、旨在提高医疗计算机系统之间更好的共享信息的技术框架。IHE通过提高已有通讯标准之间的协同使用水平，如DI和HL7，来满足特殊临床需要，以便为患者提供最佳服务。用IHE技术框架统一起来的医疗系统可以更好地与其他系统通信、更易于实施，并且能使医疗服务人员更高效地使用相关信息。医生、医学专家、护士、医疗机构管理人员和其他医疗服务人员，预料到了这样一天的到来：重要的医疗信息可以在科室内部和各科室之间的系统无缝穿梭，在任何需要的地方都可以随时获得。IHE技术框架的出现使他们的预想变成了现实，通过提高医疗系统之间的整合，消除壁垒，为患者提供最佳医疗服务。
