本地依赖安装 

mvn install:install-file -Dfile=D:\usr\local\repository\xx\xx.jar -DgroupId=pom中的依赖groupId -DartifactId=pom中的依赖artifactID -Dversion=pom中版本号 -Dpackaging=jar
