IIS网站中与第三方交互错误：System.Net.WebException: 基础连接已经关闭: 接收时发生错误。

调用第三方接口实现自动登陆时报错如下：

System.Net.WebException: 基础连接已经关闭: 接收时发生错误。 ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: 因为算法不同，客户端和服务器无法通信。

解决办法：

调整IIS的TLS版本

使用IISCrypto.exe软件 将 TLS重新设置一下即可。
