sandwich, native speakers will say "sandwich". 

the d is silent.

some other words with silent D,include edge, handsome, bridge.

【eat medicine】

eat medicine ,no , you should say "take medicine",

eat is for food ,you taste food, you enjoy food, take means you swallow or ingest, and it makes you feel better.

take medicine, remember that.

 

【wanna】

native speakers always say wanna, but what is wanna ?

wanna is want to,    wanna = want to

you can use it with a verb.

用法一

want to +动词

for example, I want to go shopping. 　

I wanna go shopping.

用法二

want a+ 名词

you can also use it with a noun.

if you are saying ,I want a noun, you can use wanna

for example, I wanna new car.

I want a new car.

 

【etc.】

how do you pronounce this word.

some people say ETC, but that is not correct, you should say "etcetera".

 and this means an so forth.

for example,what do you want to eat today? I don't know, how about beef,noodles,vegetables, etc.

 

【gonna】

if you 're my fan, you know that  I teach going to is pronounced gonna.

but not all the time, if you use going to plus a verb.

for example, I'm going to go to the mall. yes use gonna.

I'm gonna go to the mall.

but if you use going to plus a noun, you should say going to .

for example ,I 'm going to school.

don't waste all of your time trying to memorize and remember words that you not going to use.

instead learn useful sentences.

sentences that you might use every day or every week.

otherwise you will get sick. no matter what you buy, good clothes, a house, a car,even if you get married and have kids.

all of these things are not for others, these things are  for you .these things should make you happy first.
