This Privacy Policy explains how PuzzleBloom: Brain & Wellness (“PuzzleBloom,” “the App,” “we,” or “us”) handles information.

1. Information We Collect

PuzzleBloom does not automatically collect personal information.

The App does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, third-party tracking technologies, or behavioral profiling. We do not sell or share personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

PuzzleBloom does not require an account and does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or health data.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

PuzzleBloom stores game progress, preferences, coin balances, completed activities, purchase status, and Garden Journal entries locally on your device.

This information is used only to provide the App’s features.

3. iCloud Sync

If you are signed in to iCloud, PuzzleBloom may use Apple’s iCloud services to synchronize game progress and Garden Journal entries between your Apple devices.

This information is stored within your personal iCloud account. We do not operate a separate server for this information and do not directly access its contents.

Your use of iCloud is also subject to Apple’s privacy policy and iCloud terms.

4. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store.

We do not receive or store your payment card number, bank account details, or Apple Account password. Apple may process purchase and transaction information according to Apple’s own privacy policy.

PuzzleBloom may store purchase entitlement information on your device so that purchased features can remain available and eligible purchases can be restored.

5. Support Communications

If you contact us by email, we will receive the email address, message, and any device or diagnostic information you choose to provide.

We use this information only to respond to your support request. We do not sell or use support communications for advertising.

6. External Links

The Vitamin Guide may include links to educational resources provided by organizations such as the U.S. National Institutes of Health.

When you open an external website, that website’s own privacy policy and terms apply. PuzzleBloom is not responsible for the privacy practices of external websites.

7. Health and Wellness Information

PuzzleBloom’s Wellness Breaks and Vitamin Guide provide general educational information only.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or health monitoring. PuzzleBloom does not collect medical records or health information.

8. Children’s Privacy

PuzzleBloom is intended for a general audience and is not designed to collect personal information from children.

Because the App does not require an account and does not automatically collect personal information, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Data Security

PuzzleBloom relies on Apple’s platform security, local device protection, StoreKit, and iCloud services where applicable.

No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to limit information handling and avoid unnecessary data collection.
