Welcome to PuzzleBloom Support.

PuzzleBloom combines brain-training puzzles, gentle wellness activities, a vitamin guide, and an editable garden journal.

Getting Started

Choose an activity from the home screen. You can play number challenges, Picture Logic, Balance Lab, Fruit Market, Wellness Breaks, or manage your Garden Journal.

Purchases

PuzzleBloom Plus is a one-time purchase. It unlocks unlimited advanced training and reduces hint costs by 50%.

To restore a previous purchase:

1. Open PuzzleBloom.
2. Tap the Shop button.
3. Tap Restore Purchases.
4. Make sure you are signed in with the Apple Account used for the original purchase.

iCloud Sync

Game progress and Garden Journal entries can sync through iCloud. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple Account and that iCloud is enabled on your devices.

Troubleshooting

If the app does not respond correctly:

• Close and reopen PuzzleBloom.
• Check for the latest version in the App Store.
• Restart your device.
• Check your internet connection when making or restoring purchases.
